Coast to Coast Properties will make you a genuine cash offer for your sale subject to survey.
We will then instruct an independent chartered surveyor, local to your area, to carry out a survey on our behalf. The survey will be paid in full by Coast to Coast Properties.
On receipt of the survey, providing the value isn't any different to what we based our offer for your property on we will then proceed to instruct our solicitors to act in the purchase of your property.
If you do not have a solicitor to act for you, we can recommend one for you, and we will also cover the full cost.
Between the two solicitors they will draw up papers which both you and we sign, and subject to any other legal work the solicitors are required to do for the sale of your property.
Before completion of the sale, we will send you out a standard tenancy agreement to sign and return back to us. (if you wish to continue living in the property, just renting it back).
We aim to complete every purchase within 28 days.
